Argument against same sex marriage
I have no problem with gay marriage as long as they are not super obvious about it. I also don't think that people should be able to tell other people who to marry or not. Its up to that individual, and i think people are to nosy about this subject. Unfortunately i have been assigned to argue against it. I guess from a homophobes point of view they would say that its against their traditions, against their religion, and just not right because you can not create a life form with the same sex. I guess i will go from their and see what i end up with

It is true that people believe same sex marriage is against their religion. You could ask how or if homosexuals even affect these people.
ReplyDeleteBut some people don't believe in religion, or have the same traditions, or even want to produce an offspring. So why would they see anything wrong in it. And even people that aren't gay may not believe in these things or want a baby, so why would they believe this is wrong? BAM
ReplyDeletethey wouldnt...
DeleteHmmm...what do you mean by "not too obvious about it"? How about excessive displays of 'PDA' between heterosexual couples. This seems pretty close to 'don't ask, don't tell'--which is pretty interesting in its own right. I'm looking forward to seeing what sort of argument you come up with.
