GLobal
Im writing about global. and... well... how it proved to me that our generation has detached from the generations before us. How we have entered the best period of history to be alive in. And how I think the end of the world will be a blast.
I'm stoked to see how this turns out, a college essay about global! I don't think many people could pull this off, but knowing you I think this will turn out awesome. Maybe you can talk about the unity of all the people there, our generation coming together? Just ideas
yeah dude! sweet, stoked to read about how you describe some of the emotions/sensations associated with Global. Like the bass inside your head/heart/soul. Be sure to explain whyyyy the end of the world will be fun, and why exactly you think the world is going to end (I know it's obvious, but not everyone believes it, in fact most are oblivious) also explore maybe the complex nature of our generation, how we've come to all kinds of tipping points and breakthroughs that have created the most unique set of circumstances to 1)grow up under/in and 2) to get to see unfold. How is the future going to be exciting? and why?
Given that yours won't necessarily be a 'college essay', go ahead and push it forward for this class. have some good, apocalyptic fun, and don't worry about thinking of a college admissions committee as the potential audience for this one (that should be a little liberating--we'll see).

Sounds interesting, but you should work really hard on convincing why we live in the best period of history because I don't think so. :P
